To the rear of the property are three bedrooms. A very spacious master bedroom on the first floor, with views over the rear garden, benefiting from its own en-suite bathroom, with excellent views of Beaumaris Castle; a second bedroom with a king sized bed and garden views (also on the first floor), and a third bedroom also with garden views, with a set of adult sized bunk beds and a single bed. (on the ground floor) The second two bedrooms have the benefit of a nearby bathroom with shower unit. The apartment has its own gas central heating system. The apartment has the exclusive use of the private enclosed rear garden, with slated barbeque area, lawned area and secure private parking, for up to three vehicles.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has three single beds. It has a fully equipped kitchen with, dishwasher, a dining area with views over the sea to the mountains beyond. The lounge is equipped for a real fire and has 80 station satellite Full High-Definition TV and DVD player. Heating, coal, all electricity and full linen (except towels) included at no extra cost. Parking alongside the cottage. Enclosed garden with stunning views. Only a ten minute walk to the beach. It is a no smoking cottage. Holds the "Excellent" (4 star) Tourist Board grading.
