Llinos Cottage
is a two bedroomed cottage in Penmon near Beaumaris, Isle of Anglesey. Situated in an area of outstanding natural landscape beauty, with its own two acres of woodland, the cottage overlooks a field, with superb views over the sea, towards the Snowdonia mountain range beyond, from all rooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has three single beds. It has a fully equipped kitchen with, dishwasher, a dining area with views over the sea to the mountains beyond. The lounge is equipped for a real fire and has 30 - station colour TV. Heating, coal, all electricity and full linen (except towels) included at no extra cost. Parking alongside the cottage. The conversion, underway since January 2008, is scheduled for completion in early April 2009 but, at this stage, we are only taking bookings from 4th July 2009 onwards to ensure completion and no disappointment.
Apartment One(Sleeps up to 7 persons) With private parking for one car to the rear, the apartment is entered via Castle Street and will have a large lounge with 30 channel TV, a fully equipped spacious kitchen/dining room with laundry facilities. To the rear of the property are three bedrooms. A very spacious master bedroom on the first floor, with views over the rear garden, benefiting from its own en-suite bathroom, with excellent views of Beaumaris Castle. A second bedroom with a king sized bed and garden views, and a third bedroom also with garden views, with a set of adult sized bunk beds and a single bed. The second two bedrooms have the benefit of a nearby bathroom with shower unit. The apartment has its own gas central heating system. The apartment has the exclusive use of the private enclosed rear garden, with access to the private parking from the rear. Apartment Two(Sleeps up to 7 persons) With private parking for one car to the rear, this spacious first floor apartment, which is entered from Castle Street, will have a large lounge with 30 channel TV, a separate fully equipped kitchen/dining room with laundry facilities and three bedrooms. Two bedrooms with king sized beds, and a smaller third bedroom with a set of bunks and a single which benefits from excellent direct views of Beaumaris Castle. Adjacent to the kitchen is a WC & washbasin, and then there is a large separate bathroom with bath and separate shower. The apartment has its own gas central heating system.
